Dropbox's Paper Is a Document Management Tool, Now the App Beta Available for Android and iOS

The cloud company Dropbox releasing a note-taking tool Paper app for Android and iOS device. The feature stands for a long period on the web. Now, the Dropbox Paper is an open beta quite landed on play store and App store as well. This project management tool will be sort out your places like Human resources, developers, designer or any employee can play there roll herself. It has been touched both on mobile and desktop very well.

Dropbox brings multiple features both the apps for Paper that come from the request of the users. If you see the Paper on the web, that has been improved their table features, photo galleries, and added notifications and these you can achieve on your Paper desktop version.

When you see the tables completely bring the changes directly. You have the authorization to make full width or size into smaller screen whether you don’t want them to look the full size of the screen. The columns come pretty good you have the option to resize the width if you want from the Dropbox it makes simple to add or remove the cells. On the Paper the image galleries are looking basic level. While you can drag and drop those images around the corner and make them resize into the gallery. And these notification are visible on Dropbox desktop in the toolbar and Paper, so if you aren’t in the Paper app any mobile compatible device, on that time you can see the pinging people in your account.

The notification is similar to Dropbox desktop and Paper app for mobile, that gives a clear view of the documents you have been created on your account. For this, you have an option that the app set you to push notification as well. You can also reply those comment threads from the tab inside the Paper app, and also you can find some basic editing option was settled. The Paper app doesn’t make sense to embed too many types of documents to bring the support, but you can able to bring the changes to the text through from your iPhone or Android mobile phone and also you can insert the images through from your camera machine. The app taking little bit smarter to saving the document which you have favorited on to the app you have set up as a default, so you can get work, even if you loose internet connection.

All above features you can achieve in this new Paper app with a new open beta, and Dropbox waiting for his credibility from the people whoever interested on this document management tool.
