GitHub repository hosting service offering you source code management, any developer who can share their project codes. You have seen many applications they come from open source format used by developers and they are initially located on GitHub site. It has a feature that any can download source code bulk or single files through from the GitHub repositories. If you want to make preparation to download those files or contents, try GitHub Plus is a new chrome extension you may go with useful things. The tool brings download file, displaying the size of the file, copy the file content everything it comes much easier.
Open Chrome Web store, find GitHub Plus extension. And visit to the GitHub site, each file the tool involved to display download button, click the particular file to download. This extension will remind the size of each file without displaying the extension, make right-click on the file to set download option and make ”Save link” from the context menu to save them.
Any file that you have clicked, GitHub will start opening. From there you can find download and copy that. And you may also find ”Copy File” button to copy a particular file that you have on your clipboard and you can paste anywhere. This simple process will come from your mouse cursor.
This GitHub Plus doesn’t work to include any files on the GitHub site. This one makes you simple which is already installed in the GitHub repositary to use. Once more thing I have to point out, the extension doesn’t work with folders, symbolic links and not working with markdown file. That’s it.
