There is no prevention for language in Allo and their users, your message now translating in chat that every Android users will get the opportunity. This feature was invented back in July v 14, when you are tapping long-pressing the message the Google Translate app open in the title bar on the top. Even, you can simply make invisible the translation when you long-press and tap to perform undo the icon.

But the Allo v18 doesn’t require Translation, the site Android Police editor indicated that the button doesn’t appear anymore. It means the feature doesn’t get fulfill, maybe you have to wait for them to get on your Android.
